I know I’ve been AWOL from blogging lately. It’s been so, so busy lately. But RH and I did take the time tonight to make a really wonderful dinner. It was the first time I’ve ever made soup from scratch, and I think I’m hooked! It was amazing and incredibly healthyjust squash, stock, spices, and shrimp. That’s it. No butter, cream, etc. and it still tasted wonderful!
