Cheese fondue with a variety of imported cheeses (Emmenthaler, Gruyère, and Sharp Cheddar) and white wine, served with French baguette and organic Granny Smith apples

Main
Shrimp, bay scallops, and chicken simmered in a spiced white wine broth accompanied by squash, zucchini, and mushrooms

Dessert
Imported milk chocolate fondue infused with coffee and cream, served with an assortment of bananas, strawberries, marshmallows and homemade sour cream pound cake

February 15, 2008 - 10:10 pm me - I upgraded to a fondue pot that plugs in and has fine temperature control for everything from cooking meats to melting chocolate. It was a Christmas present from Mom, and this was the first time I got to use it!
