A while ago I wrote about wanting to do more to help the homeless besides give them change. Well, I finally put together some goodie bags to keep in my car. A few times a week as I sit on an off-ramp, I notice someone standing with a sign that says something to the effect of “homeless, hungry, please help.” I really wanted to do something that would have an immediate impact, so I plan on keeping four of these bags in my car starting today. We’ll see how it goes.
