I made it to Whistler! I have a few travel stories to tell, but LS and I made it in one piece. The most surprising last-minute development is that RJ, an old school acquaintance who I recently reconnected with through JR (you following me? it’s such a small world), decided about two nights ago to come in later today so I’ll have someone to snowboard with. As I sit here about to get geared up for my first day, and thinking about going it alone, I’m very glad he’s on his way so I can have a buddy on the slopes.
