The problem was that as I was coasting (and cursing) into the Citgo parking lot I was met with a speed bump at the entrace, and I didn't have enough momentum to get over it. I even tried that age-old trick of rocking back and forth in the drivers seat the same way a toddler does when a carnival ride comes to an end. Pathetic. So close yet so far. I finally resorted to getting out, pushing the car over the hump and hopping back in. Sadly enough, this was not the last time I drove the Chevy to levy 'til the levy was dry. Not even close to last.
