The timing belt is $45.00 Go to an independant shop that WILL NOT rip you off like the DEALER. The dealer is a snake in the grass. DO NOT USE THEM!

Of the several times I've run out of gas, the best time was when I, like you and your flat tire, was only a few yards from a gas station. The problem was that as I was coasting (and cursing) into the Citgo parking lot I was met with a speed bump at the entrace, and I didn't have enough momentum to get over it. I even tried that age-old trick of rocking back and forth in the drivers seat the same way a toddler does when a carnival ride comes to an end. Pathetic. So close yet so far. I finally resorted to getting out, pushing the car over the hump and hopping back in. Sadly enough, this was not the last time I drove the Chevy to levy 'til the levy was dry. Not even close to last.
