Yeah, it's either mold allergies or I'm actually sick. Or maybe it's both. My allergies always flare up when it rains, so that would point towards mold. But I felt pretty crappy today and took a fat nap and currently have a headache. I'm not sure what that means.

Good luck training for your race! I'm sure you'll be fine. And speed work for me consists of seeing how fast I can skip to the next track on my iPod -- seriously, I'm happy just to finish a long-distance race. I won't be breaking any records for time. :)

Hey, at least that you got a good abdominal workout from all that sneezing *LOL*. Seriously sounds like mold allergies (esp. if you were in the basement of your parent's home).

I really admire the fact that you are starting with the training for the Country Music 1/2 marathon already, considering it is in April (long, long ways away). Hopefully, your knee won't cause too much trouble this go 'round. Believe me, I sympathize, I have chronic patellar tendonitis, which FLARES with all my running. I am running the Kaiser Permanent 1/2 in San Fran in Feb...I have only recently started with my 3-4 mile T-H runs and 5-6 Sunday runs....At least you will get to focus on speed work before your 1/2. :)

Oh...and the DL method is the way to go. Unfortunately, i still have friends that refer to me by my full first name in their blogs *LOL*...kind of defeats the purpose.
