most. annoying. ever.

So I think my newest pet peeve is when people string along single-word sentences in an attempt to add emphasis, as in "Funniest. Movie. Ever."

I don’t know why, but it annoys the heck outta me.

Not as much as not still having Internet access at home after nearly a week. I’m about ready to drop my current ISP to the curb, yo.

(I’m willing to venture a guess that some of you out there really hate it when people end sentences with the word "yo" in an attempt to be all urban-cool and sh*t. But you’re probably the same people with the annoying single-word sentence malfunction, so we’re even, k?)

Friday night I went out with some folks from the office. We have all been working extremely hard lately and it was time to blow off some steam. I was honestly on a mission to get wasted.

Mission accomplished.

Let’s just say I’m glad I had a DD and a Little Green Clean Machine at my disposal.

In other news, I picked out a name for my new business venture. Designers are working on a logo right now. Are you excited?! CAN YOU FEEL IT?!

Yeah, I’m in a weird mood. But then again, I’m back in the freakin’ office at 11 p.m. mooching off the Internet connection. What a dork I am! But I got tired of war driving around the neighborhood…and I figured the glow of my laptop’s monitor against my face looked really creepy in the dark…it was only a matter of time before someone hailed the po-po, anyway.

On that note, I’m going to try to finally update my Treo 650 to the latest firmware since I never have time to do it when I’m at work and I can’t get online at home. Wish me luck!
