    Thanks for stopping by sweetfrenchtoast!

I'm Sabrina, and I love to make pretty things, visit inspiring places, and eat really good food. Whether I'm sewing a new dress, baking a fresh twist on a classic dessert, or visiting a far-flung destination, I'll share it all with you right here on my sweet little blog. Enjoy!

I could use some good news…

Life’s been pretty rough lately, that’s for sure. I really could use some good news. I have an audition tomorrow for a national KFC commercial, so maybe that will pan out. Who knows…you can never really get your hopes up for auditions. Besides, I already have a strike against me because I am going to be out of town on the callback dates. I told my agent, but she wants me to go anyway in case they change their mind about that. Booking a national commercial could mean big bucks in terms of residuals, and goodness knows I could use some big bucks right now.

I did learn from my friend Ann that they are looking for “mixed ethnic looks”—yep…that’s me.

Anyway, life could be worse, I know, but it gets hard sometimes to stay positive. I’m trying really hard to do just that…I really am!

Guy suggested I make a list of all the positive things in my life. I’ll try to do this. But for now, I gotta get back to work.

At least it’s Friday!

Ron - And a very good suggestion is it, Guy –
Your world is what you focus on; Sometimes it helps to shift focus to the good so we don’t lose sight of it :-)

Guy - That’s right I said that! =-) Not because I think everybody needs to only be concerned about the good things . . . but because, when you take a look at you from another perspective (like the way I see you) . . . there are so many good things . . . wonderful even.

Not to mention your eyesight is getting better! That’s a good start . . .
