So I think I seriously have a problem. I, like many women in the United States, want to lose weight. And I have lost weight before. In fact, I used to be about 30 pounds heavier than I am right now. However, I still want to lose about 10 pounds. And I’ve come close…but then I freak out and sabotage myself by eating all the stuff I know I shouldn’t eat.
Ugh.
Anyway, I’m going to give it another go. Thanksgiving is overthat universal excuse to eat poorlyand I’m sick of feeling fat. I ate a Zone-friendly meal tonight and, even at this hour, am going to go workout to one of my T-Tapp tapes.
I’ll try to update on my progress every now and again. Hopefully there will be progress.
